Our client is a rapidly-growing profitable trading technology software and services firms whose market leading products are utilized by many of the world's top Investment Managers, Hedge Funds and Investment Banks. In order to facilitate a better and closer understanding of their client and their needs they have a new opportunity for a Senior Relationship Manager to work 'hand in hand' with customers reviewing and improving customers' use of their products and services. The person will be able to provide a high level of consultancy and advice to their customers and will involve pro-active communications, internal advocacy, and on-going solicitation of feedback regarding the utilization of their products and services. The person will be able to play a significant part in the strategic development and future product direction across EMEA. The successful candidate will have;- Held positions of successive responsibility in technology-oriented organizations including 7-10 years in the software industry. Spent 10+ years experience in financial industry preferably in investment management, asset management or hedge funds. Worked in small, growing organizations - can work "hands-on" with customers and internal organizations while building the management infrastructure needed to sustain long-term growth. Able to negotiate resolutions to difficult relationship issues to the advantage of both customers and employers. Able to differentiate and work at strategic and tactical levels simultaneously. Able to multi-task and juggle conflicting priorities. Able to articulate issues, options, and resolutions crisply in writing and verbally. Willingness to travel to customers as needed.
