EACM Advisors is currently seeking a Senior Sales Representative. Position will report directly to the CEO of EACM Advisors, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for expanding product sales. The Sr. Sales Representative will be accountable for identifying and cultivating prospective clients, initiating and following up on new business opportunities, leading meetings, and closing sales to institutional and high net worth prospects. Responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining consultant relationships. The Sr. Sales Representative will be expected to meet set sales goals and objectives. The Sr. Sales Representative will be expected to provide input with respect to enhancements regarding branding and marketing communications.

A qualified candidate will have extensive experience in institutional sales and marketing. The candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of the investment management business, in particular hedge fund of funds and alternative investments. The ideal candidate will have a substantial amount of prior sales experience. He/She must be a polished sales executive, and will have highly effective interpersonal and managerial skills, strong and effective presentation and communication skills, unquestionable ethics and integrity and will be collaborative, team-oriented and results driven. Additionally, the incumbent will have strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities. They must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and results driven. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Licenses preferred. (If not currently licensed, incumbent must obtain licenses in timeframe designated in offer letter.) Extensive travel is required.
