Responsible for leading multiple operational areas within the Mortgage Credit Administration Department to ensure Operations excellence is achieved and operational goals are met.  Manages the Fraud, Credit Policy, Quality Control and 3rd Party Management departments.  Identify and drive opportunities for expense reduction across Credit, through the implementation of management controls and process improvements.   Position will also be responsible for ensuring that all credit policies are in compliance with regulatory and legal compliance. 

10 years of management experience in a production environment.  Experience establishing strategic goals and driving/leading initiatives to completion.  Demonstrated Mortgage experience in two or more of the following areas:  Fraud, Credit Policy, Quality Control and 3rd Party Management.  Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative business solutions.  Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and influence decision making among the leadership team.  Strong PC skills including Excel and Powerpoint.  Strong organization and presentation skills.
