Our largest activity in North America is an integrated investment banking and private equity funds management business. In North America, we are organized into two functional divisions; Capital Advisors and Capital Funds. Our Capital Advisors team is a global leader in infrastructure and is where we house our investment origination, structuring and execution teams with activities similar to that of an internal M&A/financing advisory function or the deal executive team in a private equity firm. Our Capital Funds business manages funds on behalf of major international pension funds and other large investors. Headquartered in Australia, Macquarie has over 10,000 people in 24 countries. North America is one of our key growth markets. You will be working on large transactions across industry and product areas with senior, highly-skilled specialists in a true team environment. We are currently seeking to recruit talented individuals at the experienced analyst level. The successful candidate will: Have 1-2 years of analyst experience in public and private equity real estate investment banking Significant entity-level and property level modeling experience required Have strong knowledge of SNL, Argus, Bloomberg Have excellent written and oral communication abilities and the ability to work with those at all levels Have strong attention to detail Have strong time management skills Have a hard-working, can-do attitude Be able to work in an open, fast-paced environment Be able to effectively juggle multiple, competing priorities Be ambitious, motivated, entrepreneurial and have the desire to succeed Be a team playerOpportunities are available in our New York and Chicago offices.
