Reporting to the Regional Head of Credit & Rates Derivatives Operations and Global Head of Exotics Operations, you will manage an experienced team supporting trading, sales and structuring desks in Asia Pacific, working very closely with front office desk heads and business managers. You will play a key role in implementing the global operating model for exotic credit and rates in the region, and drive new processes, support control enhancement initiatives and contribution to discussion forums that covers the business support model, gap analysis and change projects.
You are degree qualified with strong operations or finance experience in exotic and structured derivatives. You have good understanding of booking flows for relevant derivative and hedging products, and is familiar with derivatives processing systems. You have strong leadership abilities, organisational skills as well as drive, initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
