Traditum Group LLC is a medium sized proprietary trading company. We are currently looking to add a sharp experienced tech to our Rolling Meadows location. Position is full time with benefits.
Responsibilities will consist of:
Monitoring risk
Managing computers and cases with Dell technicians
Managing inventory
Troubleshooting desktop issues related to messaging, email, trading, charting, blogging, forum administration
Cable management
Monitor arrangement
Manage battery backups
Installing and preparing new trader setups
Home setups for traders
Interpersonal skills required:
Experience working in a high demand and fast paced environment
Strong verbal and email communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Able to manage and prioritize given tasks
Working independently
Work experience required:
1 year IT support experience in trading industry
Technical skills required:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Broad technical knowledge of hardware and software
Experience with level 1 and level 2 desktop support in a Windows XP environment
Basic TCP/IP networking
Video cards and Monitors
Education required:
The successful candidate must have formal schooling in Computer Systems.
Hours: 12am to 8am
