Core to their success, the global graduate development programme is a fundamental piece of their attraction strategy. They are now looking for an experienced Graduate Recruitment Specialist to take ownership for Campus Recruitment in Tokyo. This role requires an experienced graduate recruitment specialist who is looking to transfer their skills to a new organisation and think creatively. It is also essential that this person can work closely with the resourcing team across Asia. This is an excellent opportunity to take on the campus recruitment strategy, represent the organisation at key events and develop strong relationships with top tier educational institutes.
We are looking for a relationship-focused individual who can work proactively within a matrix structure and engage across the business successfully. You must have a passion to promote the graduate recruitment agenda internally and be the face of campus hiring. Externally, you will take on the role to build, develop and bridge relationships with top tier educational institutions, attend global road shows and build the organisations' employer brand for the graduate market.
If you are an experienced client-side recruiter with a focus on graduate recruitment or a graduate recruitment lead then we want to talk to you! Our client is willing to consider candidates across the region or based elsewhere if they can show a commitment to the region. In return they will offer you the scope to take ownership of and develop a high profile area of their recruitment model. Whilst our client sits within the financial services sector, we are also keen to explore candidates from other industries that can bring a new perspective to the team.
Experience required:
Exposure to graduate recruitment, ideally a graduate recruitment specialist or in-house recruiter with campus recruitment experience
Social, extrovert personality
Minimum of 4 years' plus Internal Recruitment Experience
Financial services industry exposure, although candidates with alternative industry experience gained within a global MNC will be highly considered (e.g. Media, Professional services, IT)
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Proactive - ability to engage, benefit sell, create a vision and bring energy to the team
