As Regional Head you will have responsibility for creating the reward strategies across Asia Pacific and you will play a pivotal role in leading the project teams to deliver large, complex reward projects, typically cross divisional/functional.

A challenging, career enhancing role exists within a leading global financial services organisation. Fulfilling the role of Regional C&B Head you will manage and proactively support the compensation team and you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of effective reward solutions. As Regional Head you will have responsibility for creating the reward strategies across Asia Pacific and you will play a pivotal role in leading the project teams to deliver large, complex reward projects, typically cross divisional/functional.
This role will require the ability to deliver effective results through people, manage a complex business on a regional basis and demonstrable relationship and project management experience in a multi function/business environment.
This role will allow you to challenge yourself in several aspects and will provide a real opportunity to head up an exciting and demanding team.
